Baguette Pan
This perforated baguette pan allows air to flow around the dough from your favorite French bread or frozen thawed dough or baguette recipe. Air circulates freely around dough creating a professional crispy, golden-brown crust.Dishwasher safe, heat resistant up to 350°C.
To use: Spray or brush on a light coat of oil in the pan prior to cooking to season the pan and keep food from sticking. Repeat with every use.
